Production and issue of regular reports to provide a defence in the event of delay

We can produce regular reports from the start of a project which can prove to be invaluable if things go wrong later.

We often find that reports are appreciated by main contractors as a means of alerting them to potential issues at an early stage.

Establishment of entitlement to additional prelims, EOT and additional cost when delayed by others.

Once a project is in delay it is vital that you explain and defend your position. Good paperwork can help you avoid LADs and establish your entitlement to additional costs and prelims.
