We can also provide a cost-effective second opinion at the pre-order stage, to check tender bids and design proposals.

Site inspection and checking
Installation inspection
Should you have concerns about an installation on site or issues with compliance with regulations, we offer an inexpensive site inspection service. Our minimum charge is a single day.
Proactive problem solving
Should a site visit reveal problems, we are happy to engage proactively with your site management and contractors to agree practical solutions and resolutions.
Reporting
Preparation of reports, if required, to allow you to take further action if necessary.
Regulatory compliance
We can offer advice on installation compliance with BS7671 and other regulations.
Services prior to practical completion
Snagging
Pre-snagging prior to issue of client snag sheets.
Snagging, de-snagging and client / architect response.
Document chasing
Prior to PC, we can check the contract requirements for O&Ms, As Installed Drawings, Building User Guides etc. and remind your contractor of his obligations.
We can collect, collate and issue these on your behalf.
Test & Inspection witnessing
We have the facility to witness testing inspection and certification if required under your contract.
